		<description>This will appear churlish, but I hope everyone remembers there is no provision for vice-chairs in the Labour Party Rule Book. The political tragedy is that while the British Constitutional changes proposed in the House of Commons are set out in a Green Paper. The same principles have not been applied by our new Leader to changes to the Labour Party..it's just more Command from No. 10. Wouldn't all those who have been 'appointed' prefered to have been elected?</description>
