As it is the UK General Election Manifesto launch week, The Multicultural Politic (TMP) also is launching its General Elections coverage. TMP will be scrutinising the party pledges, policies and the personalities, up and down the country whilst also continuing to cover international politics from a multicultural perspective.
We are independent minded and believe our readers are also, so we won’t endorse any political party but will give our honest opinion on the debates and options available to the electorate with an unapologetic multicultural bias.
So look forward to our spotlights on the leaders, shining a critical light of those who believe they are fit to serve the United Kingdom as Prime Minister. We will also be giving a platform for Prospective Parliamentary Candidates (PPCs) from all the main political parties and a few others to give you their view about why they should be getting your vote.
We will also take an meticulous look at the policies of the main parties particularly on immigration and community cohesion, economics, political reform and the environment. With acerbic and irreverent commentary on the election, we pledge to be refreshing in our political analysis with good humour and piercing insight.
So the starting gun has been fired, and the historic televised leader debates start tomorrow. This is also a forum for debate, you may disagree with our articles or points and we welcome debate. Get involved by writing a comment and let the battle of ideas begin.
