Holocaust and Genocide - Never Again!
Sunday 29th January, 3pm – 6pm
Venue: 10 Harmony Hall, Truro Road Walthamstow, E17 7BY
Tube: Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line)
Take part in an afternoon of reflection and discussion, remembering the victims of Nazi Germany 1933-1945 when 6 million Jewish people and hundreds of thousands Sinti, Roma, prisoners of war and opponents to the regime were brutally murdered. We will also remember the victims of other genocides in Bosnia, Cambodia, Rwanda and Darfur. Most importantly, we want to highlight the real threat that fascism poses today, and discuss how we can play our part to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Music by Pjotre Jordan  & Dunajska Kapely
Speakers: Jean Lambert MEP, Weyman Bennett (Unite Against Fascism), Sandor Szoke (Hungarian Civil Movement), Ladislav Balaz (Roma representative and advocate, Czech Republic), Amnesty International.

“Do as I do, light a candle for them and do not forget to remember them. If they are forgotten they die again. You can make sure that such a catastrophe never recurs. You are their future – you are the future!†Joseph Perl, Holocaust Survivor
